Part Time Seasonal Sales Associate

The Work Flow at Salted Gems
​Are you a high vibing being that loves jewelry, gems & crystals and earth conscious living?
Then this is your sign. This job is a great fit for someone who loves working in retail with customers and is passionate about everything Salted Gem's has to offer.
- Gain & expand your consciousness in learning about all of our products & other brands in our store to be able to provide knowledgable resources for our clients on product information.

- Keeping the store clean & presentable for our clients. Restocking & merchandising items, while following our guidelines, opening & closing procedures.
- Greet & assist customers with their orders, answer questions, make suggestions while providing a friendly, positive vibe & service.
- Use of social media to add to our online presence while staying true to the integrity of our brand: Salted Gems.
- Working with a POS system for transactions, both online & instore. Weekly processing, tagging merchandise efficiently & properly, receiving inventory, data entry & shipping orders.
- Be comfortable handling money & working in a high-traffic environment during our Summer & Holiday Seasons.

Requirements
- Age Requirement: 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license.
​
- Be flexible & want to work approx. 4-5 days per week.
- Have open availability (including summer holidays and weekends), and let us know start/end dates if you are applying for a seasonal position.
- If you bail on the dates you commit to Salted Gems you will not be asked back for future seasons.

- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
​
- General knowledge of jewelry, gems & crystals is a plus along with retail experience.
​
- The hours & schedule of this position may vary depending on the needs of the business. Our hours change with w/ the Seasons.
